The WGV project uniquely provides participants unparalleled levels of support from industry experts who will lead the group throughout the design, planning and building process.

Participants effectively become the developer, delivering individual strata-titled homes at cost-price normally around 10-20 per cent less than comparable apartments sold in the open market. Participants end up individually owning their properties in the conventional manner.

Participants require 25-30 per cent of the cost price of their chosen apartment to take part in the project at a starting price from around $300,000.
